We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We respectfully ask for at least a 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late Cancellations Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No-Shows If you miss your appointment without prior notice, you will be charges 100% of the scheduled service fee. Emergencies and Illness We understand that emergencies and illness can happen. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible. We may waive fees at our discretion.
